Hello, my name is Kate James and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to help you navigate where you are, where you have been, and where you want to go. The client's I typically work with struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, parenting, school/career difficulties, grief, trauma, and relational issues. Additionally, I often work with clients who want to further their personal growth and self-understanding.
I often utilize personality psychology, which provides specific, in-depth information to assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of who you are at your core, creating awareness of your patterns and ways of interacting in the world. This provides valuable insight into your daily life, relationships with others, and the relationship with yourself.
