The first step is the hardest to do alone when you may be struggling with anxiety, stress, depression or inability to focus. That is where we would work together to build a trusting alliance to identify your goals and the steps that it would take to get there. Each person is different, and I tailor each experience to your individual needs.
Together we will build a treatment plan and set goals for the therapeutic experience. From previous experience in inpatient, residential, outpatient and group practice settings working with clients who have mood disorders, substance use, tics, or trouble concentrating with day-to-day tasks. Recommendations may include books, podcasts, coping skills, etc.
I invite you to take the leap of faith and make the call/email to see if this journey would be what you are looking for. Even if I am not the right fit, I am incredibly proud of you for taking the first and hardest step.
