I’m a firm believer that you don’t need to wait until things get really bad to start therapy. If you're a college/graduate student, young adult, or professional experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or neurodivergence, you're not alone! I approach each therapeutic relationship afresh with curiosity about you and your story, and believe that therapy is a space for sharing the load together as things are processed.
I integrate evidence-based treatments (i.e., CBT, DBT, and ACT) aimed at empowering you to experience more self-compassion and joy. Through bringing my own authenticity, humor, and quirks to the therapeutic space, I aim to create a validating and open environment for both the small and the bigger steps of healing.
