The first step into therapy can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar if you have never seen a therapist or if you previously had negative experiences. Whether you are struggling with panic, anxiety or fears, the physical affects can be debilitating. Depression may make it difficult to participate in life. My approach to therapy is to honor and respect you as we journey together on a path toward healing and happiness for you. As we build our therapeutic relationship, you are respected without judgment and we work together to meet your therapeutic goals. I am trained in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, attachment disorders and more.

In addition to earning my master's degree and state licensure, I was individually trained for five additional years by Diane Peters Mayer, LSW who is a nationally recognized expert in psychotherapy.
