In this support Group you will uncover: What areas of your life need boundaries, how to tell the difference between a mean boundary and a healthy one, how to implement and enforce your boundaries (even in your most difficult relationships!), and how to deal with negative reactions to your boundaries By the end of the 12 week group, you will have a strong understanding of boundaries and be able to set them clearly and effectively.
