I am passionate about helping clients connect to their core values in therapy. We'll use mindfulness-based therapies to help you become aware of thoughts and behaviors that prevent you from experiencing a joyful and authentic life. I enjoy using humor, creativity and self-compassion in my practice.
I specialize in helping adults that are struggling with a difficult life transition and experiencing depression, anxiety or OCD. Many of my clients are professional, high functioning parents who feel overwhelmed, exhausted and anxious. Often, they struggle with low mood, work-life balance, family conflict and relationship stress.
I love my job and I recognize it’s a privilege to support clients in their growth. It’s important that we have a positive connection so we build trust and you can process on a deeper level.
