My approach to the therapy process is eclectic in style. I listen and learn from you, then take concepts from multiple types of therapy practices that will benefit each client I work with. I take an individual and personalized approach with every client. My intention is to come alongside you and help guide you to your goals to achieve what you want out of the therapy process.

Through my work in community mental health, private practice, and residential treatment facilities, I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, work/school stress, panic/anxiety attacks, trauma, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I enjoy with teens, adults, couples, and families.
