Are you struggling with something? You might feel like life isn’t as vibrant as it once was, or relationships are fraught with conflict. Most of my clients struggle with depression and trauma which causes their lives to feel less like places of their own creation and more like somewhere they just ended up. I welcome clients of all backgrounds who are seeking agency and meaning.
My passion is helping people to bring joy and purpose back to their lives. I believe in using a number of different tools in addition to traditional talk therapy. These could include art therapy, dream work, movement, mindfulness, observation of symbolic processes or reminiscing. A central part of my practice is doing home visit psychotherapy.
When therapy starts to work, we better understand why we do what we do, we are better able to accept our circumstances and take action to build our lives into what we imagine.
