I work collaboratively with my clients to make sense of old or recent traumas, understand maladaptive roles they find themselves playing, and identify new roles and strategies to feel stronger and more capable in their lives. My style is warm, compassionate, and down to earth. I make an effort to be open and clear about what I am thinking and will ask the same of you. I will actively encourage you to explore your feelings and past experiences, but we will also stay focused on your current struggles and achievements in an effort to tangibly improve your stress management, mood, and relationships now.
