I know how important it is to find a therapist who is the right fit for you, who you can trust, and feel safe and comfortable with. I offer a warm and empathetic approach. I have over 15 years of professional experience working with child, adolescent, young adult, and adult clients. I have worked with clients on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm, anger and impulsivity, grief/loss, and parenting/attachment issues.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I can help you to identify ways of thinking that may be negatively impacting the way you feel and act. I can also help you to develop coping skills for managing difficult situations and emotions.
I know it can be difficult to reach out and ask for help and making that initial contact with a therapist can be daunting. I will speak with you confidentially about your concerns. My office is located off exit 8 on I-84. APRNS are available at this office for medication evaluations/management if needed.
