I see therapy as a powerful process of discovery and transformation. People begin therapy for many reasons. Maybe you currently feel stuck in negative beliefs, patterns, or behaviors. I feel that therapy does not need to be a long term process and encourage clients to take an active part in their journey. Mindfullness is at the center of my work and I love to share mindfulness concepts with clients.
I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space for clients to reflect and gain insight into their process. All therapy is a journey and unique to every client. I utilize evidenced based cognitive behavioral/mindfullness techniques with clients to create lasting change and transform lives and relationships in healthy and meaningful ways.
I have been working in the field for over 15 years. My practice is eclectic: active, direct, conversational, compassionate and supportive. I help adults from every walk of life to navigate their journey and find joy.
