I rely heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy as well as narrative therapy techniques. I base my work in a solution focused stance and encourage clients to take action steps towards their goals between our sessions. I also offer mindfulness and breath work in sessions as needed. I show up with empathy and authenticity, I believe clarity is kindness.
