Waitlist only at this time. I work with young people and adults who struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, burn out, low self worth, feeling down, low or stuck. Together we'll incorporate coping skills into your life as well as process past trauma or difficulties to address the underlying issues that still bother you today. Life is busier and more stressful than ever, and I'm here to support you to find your path to mental and emotional wellness. Office located close to GFU in Newberg.
I work with pre-teens (10+), teens, young adults and adults. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming. I practice EMDR which is an evidence based treatment for PTSD, depression, anxiety and more. Whether through talk therapy, EMDR, or both, we'll work together to help you feel better.
Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. I'll do my best to get back to you within a couple business days whenever possible. Email is likely to get a quicker response from me. I look forward to connecting and finding out whether we are a good fit.
