Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Mesa, AZ. I work primarily with teens and young adults, many of whom are in the LGBTQ+ community, seeking treatment for OCD, facing life transitions, and/or navigating relationship challenges. My goal in working with clients is to promote their emotional wellbeing, provide a supportive, accepting space where they can explore and gain insight into thoughts and feelings, and give them tools to help them manage their mental health.
My specialties include gender-affirming care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Rogerian/person-centered therapy and exposure and response prevention (ERP). I provide help with communication, conflict resolution and confidence building.
Making the decision to explore therapy can be daunting, however, in my office you are in the driver's seat. I'll meet you where you're at and support you in any way I can- no judgment.
