I love working with those who are truly seeking lasting change. I have worked with people from ages 5-80 from a variety of backgrounds. I have specific training in perinatal and maternal mental health, autism, ADHD, religious trauma, complex trauma, infertility, adoption, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, child and infant loss, LGBTQIA+, play therapy for neurodivergence, and holistic health integration. I am also a lived-experience provider. :-)
I offer a person-centered approach with all of my clients. Every person is unique and so will your therapy experience be with me. I take a holistic health mindset approach, integrating multiple aspects of life to improve your mental health.
Going to therapy and taking care of your mental health is becoming much more mainstream. Even still, it can be daunting to think about sharing your life with a stranger. Being hesitant is ok, and to be honest, pretty normal. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety where my clients have the freedom to be themselves and work for lasting change.
