Through an existentialist, somatic, and experiential lens, I support clients in uncovering their internal wisdom, reclaiming their unique personal values, and learning to feel comfortable in their own skin. Talk therapy is a part of this process but is bolstered by experiential self-discovery. I serve as scaffolding for clients on their journeys.
