With my experience working with kids in the foster care system and the schools, my passion lies in helping children and teenagers overcome challenges and thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children and adolescents feel safe to express themselves.
My integrative therapeutic approach combines elements of CBT, dialectical behavior therapy DBT, solution-focused SFT, and acceptance and commitment therapy ACT to address each client's unique needs. I believe in empowering young people by helping them develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster positive relationships.
My objective is to help parents and children feel more confident in their ability to adapt and cope with life’s difficulties. By empowering families with the tools and strategies needed to manage stress, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being, I strive to enable children and teens to become their best selves.
