I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals find growth and better health through therapy. I have specialization and interest in treating anxiety, trauma, body image, pregnancy and postpartum issues. I utilize a blend of mindfulness-based treatments including EFT, CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am certified in EMDR as well as Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
