My passion is supporting clients wherever they may be on their healing journey. I have worked with children, teens, and adults of varying cultural backgrounds and identities who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma and grief/loss. I believe that our upbringing greatly influences how we see and connect in the world, and can impact our behaviors and relationships with ourselves and others. I use a collaborative, strength-based, & holistic approach which aims to build a safe place where you can explore your feelings, patterns of behavior, and beliefs. Here, we can challenge narratives that hinder your ability to live freely. A focus of our work may involve understanding your past experiences that continue to impact you presently.
In appreciating the connection between mind, body, emotions and spirit, and may incorporate mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, or other practices that allow you to be present as your whole self. By building upon your strengths, collaboratively setting goals, and working at your pace, I hope to be a witness of your growth and healing.
