I utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques to assist with focusing on different ways to cope with daily stressors, negative feelings, challenging anxious thoughts, improving communication, practicing self-care, identifying and working through life’s challenges, and developing a positive sense of self.
I will help you achieve the changes that you want in yourself, your relationships and your life. I provide virtual sessions for New Jersey and Florida residents.
