I received my Master of Arts in Human Development Counseling, specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Family therapy from the University of Illinois at Springfield. I have experience in both outpatient mental health and residential dual diagnosis treatment settings. I have experience working with individuals and couples.
I work with adult individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, coping skills, relationship issues, codependency, self-esteem, stress, life transitions, dual diagnosis, communication issues, and substance abuse.
