Beginning therapy, as an adult or child, can feel overwhelming. In my practice, I strive to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where we can explore everyday stressors or complex issues. I approach sessions with an open and collaborative nature that supports client’s personal growth and encourages positive change.
I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes gaining insight, practicing acceptance, and developing coping strategies. I offer my clients the opportunity to explore unhealthy patterns, better manage their emotions, challenge upsetting thoughts, and strengthen relationships. With children, I incorporate play-based interventions as well.
