Diversity of all kinds are welcome! I specialize in helping people experiencing unhappiness due to recent conflicts with people, yourself, and/or conflicts in the past that are impacting you today. These feelings can lead to communication issues, feeling disconnected to people around you, anxiety, depression, isolation, low self-esteem, and a lower quality of life. Throughout our time together you will revive your self-confidence, build resilience, learn to set boundaries, maintain healthy relationships, and become who you were meant to be. You deserve it! I look forward to meeting you and helping you along your healing path.
My goal is to effectively and efficiently help my clients feel results (weeks to months as opposed to years). While weekly counseling is recommended, I offer flexible scheduling. Meaning you can set up an appointment whenever you need it. I charge $60 for 50 minutes, and sessions can be as short or as long as you need them (by appointment).
