Grounded in insight-oriented depth psychology, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy, DBT, Humanistic and Existential Therapies, Mindfulness Based Therapy and the Expressive Arts, I create a holistic framework that honors each client's unique needs.
