I am honored by the therapeutic process and love partnering and collaborating with individuals in their healing journey. It would be my privilege to meet with you and learn your story. I work with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma that has impacted daily living and has brought pain as well as decreased joy. I see individuals who are processing their adoption as well as those who are suffering from depression, anxiety or eating disorders. I also hold that we are living in a challenging time and as humans we hurt and need extra support. I am here for you.
My therapeutic style is a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CB-T), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as art therapy based interventions. I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also an approved Supervisor for Associate Counselors working on their licensure hours.
Healing happens when individuals are able to freely grow through self awareness, and create healthy boundaries and coping skills. I provide a supportive environment to process life’s journey and challenges. I am honored by the therapeutic role of counseling in the life of a child, teen, or adult.
