My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR. I specialize in working with depression and trauma, particularly among veterans and adolescents. Adolescence can be an especially challenging time, with higher rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts.
