I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals from pre-teens to adults navigate the complexities of life. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to create customized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals. I hold a Master of Social Work and has worked in a National Child Trauma Center as a Child and Family Therapist, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming therapy where clients can process experiences, build coping skills, and cultivate self-compass.
I empower clients to take an active role in their own healing process and I am committed to fostering an environment of authenticity, where clients are encouraged to embrace their true selves and live authentically. I believe every individual has the capacity to heal and grow, and meeting my clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences.

Here is a little about me, I am an avid reader of fantasy, science fiction, and historical and contemporary fiction, I love music of all kinds, and enjoy crocheting, video and board gaming, and occasionally kayaking with my husband and our animals.
