Hello, I'm Karly. I specialize in working with motivated couples and adults aiming to foster deeper connections with themselves and their partners. I also work one-on-one with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I draw from methodologies such as The Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I am dedicated to helping couples overcome obstacles and deepen their emotional bonds. Having recently completed an intensive EFT training program, I employ research-backed techniques to facilitate meaningful breakthroughs.
