I believe in an individual’s strength and ability to learn and grow from life’s challenges. I currently hold continuing education certifications in: grief with children, adolescence, and adults, complex grief, neuroscience of loss, anticipatory grief, stuck grief, grief after suicide, and release, reclaim, rebuild interventions. As a compassionate advocate of mental health and LGBTQ+ ally, I create a safe space free of judgment for my clients to be their true authentic selves.

I offer individual counseling for children, adolescence, and adults. I use a Strengths-Based Person-Centered approach to counseling to find and develop inner strength and confidence. Additionally, I use tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to personalize treatments for my client’s specific needs.
