My counseling style is compassionate and collaborative. I am EMDR certified and have extensive experience using EMDR with childhood abuse, gun violence, traumatic loss, and many other experiences. I also incorporate elements of depth psychology, existential, and person-centered approaches to help gain self-awareness and make meaning out of life experiences.
It is my priority to be respectful and culturally sensitive in my work so that therapy is safe and supportive for everyone. I provide LGBTQAI+ friendly therapy services.
