Therapy can seem intimidating, but I hope that I can make the process a little easier for you. My passion is working with college students, adolescents, and adults to help people explore their emotions and create positive changes to better their quality of life. Life can be really overwhelming- whether its a major life change, stress from school or work, or processing trauma. My goal is to support you as we process your experiences and figure out how we can make realistic steps towards improving your overall wellbeing. I'm a proud ally and have experience working with diverse populations so I am ready to meet you wherever you're at.

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, confidential, and accepting environment to help you feel comfortable exploring yourself and your emotions. I enjoy working with a wide variety of presenting problems and practice from an integrative therapeutic approach so I can customize my therapeutic style to meet the needs/preferences of each individual client.
