My goal is to provide a safe nonjudgmental space to help you work through what brings you here. As a licensed clinical social worker I believe it is vital to acknowledge the person’s strengths in the face of systematic barriers, stigma, and discrimination. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative which allows us to work together to identify and make progress towards goals that are most important to you. Helping you to align with your most authentic self and to process what may be getting in the way of this is what I strive to help you with.
My clinical background has provided me with experience to treat a wide range of mental health symptoms and diagnosis such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis and trauma related disorders as well as with people who come from a variety of different backgrounds.
Because of this I recognize that each person has a unique path to healing that is not for me to define but instead to use my clinical knowledge as a guide. Together we can find the tools that empower you to be your own best healer.
