I have worked with individuals on the spectrum personally and professionally for over 15 years, and am certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
My approach to therapy is a combination of Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Your story is an important part of who you are, and I always feel honored when my clients trust me enough to share that story.
