Life is filled with situations that we experience which are overwhelming and sometimes too much to handle. With my help I believe each person can learn more about themselves and grow to be successful. I have significant experience in working with trauma and substance use issues over the past 15 years. I am a credentialed Art Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor, and trained in EMDR. I find that my experience and specialize treatment modalities help to create an opportunity for anyone to thrive. I am direct, open minded, and solution-focused.
I am a New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have been trained in EMDR therapies to treat PTSD. I take a person-centered approach, and think that with the combination of these skills, I can offer someone a treatment modality that is very uniquely offered.
