I'm relational & easy to talk to about even the most difficult issues of life. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, spiritual & relational issues, & severe mental illnesses, such as bipolar disorder. I am certified in EMDR. Pysch & personality assessments are available to identify strengths & areas for growth. I enjoy working with teens & adults, male or female. I love to renew hope when it seems lost.
Many difficulties come from not knowing better ways to respond. "Skills Training" - a major component of treatment - simply means discovering and incorporating different and more effective ways of responding. We only know what we've experienced, so new knowledge and insight can lead to a more enjoyable and productive life.
