I understand that each person is unique and are all learning how to work through our own life’s challenges. I stress the importance of addressing each individual's specific needs in order to truly feel heard, validated, and in control of their own therapeutic journey. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, I help my clients gain insight into their daily stressors and work with them to challenge maladaptive thoughts.
