In life we experience circumstances that are challenging. Moments of feeling overwhelmed with daily stresses, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, postpartum adjustment; often resulting in a need for support, change and healing. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients, provide support and join with clients in reaching their goals. As a therapist, I apply a client-centered, integrative approach towards counseling. My goal is to support and utilize a client's strengths in moving towards change, healing and growth.
I have military connected experience and am able to provide support to military families and military connected individuals, as they manage transitions and relocations to new assignments. I am licensed in Virginia and South Carolina.
It is my goal to ensure that clients are always given a warm, empathetic environment where they feel safe and heard. As a therapist I want to help client's uncover their strengths, accompany them on their journey of healing, and empower them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges, relationships, and experiences.
