Many of my clients have issues in their relationships or with anxiety and depression. They want relief. We work together to help them learn better ways to communicate with others and to develop coping skills to handle their thoughts and feelings in a healthier way.
I am experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I deal with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Using CBT, I help my clients develop new perspectives, more positive thoughts, and healthier behaviors. In-person and telehealth appointments are available.
