My passion is working with individuals who struggle with managing all the high expectations they have for themselves. They want to be able to manage it all and feel more at peace and secure In them selves. However, this may be more difficult said than done. I know those feeling too well and have the tools you may need to overcome these feelings. You may want to learn to better manage your anxiety, to be a better student, partner or parent. Anxiety doesn’t have to rule your day (or night). Therapy can be a powerful way to gain the insight and coping skills you need in to better manage that anxiety.
I specialize in treating women and teens struggling with anxiety. You should know that working with me means getting support that is individualized to your unique needs. In addition, my approach can—at times—simply be lighthearted, with a sense of humor when needed; sessions don’t always have to be so down and serious.
Things may feel difficult right now and that can be isolating. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
