As a therapist in the Omaha area I have worked with clients who have concerns varying from addiction to mental health or relationship hardship. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and in many different stages. My approach is person centered, meaning clients take the lead on what is right for them. As a therapist I work with my clients to identify what is in the way of those goals. Many times the weight of the world feel heavier and at times we may feel as if we cannot move forward. It is important to understand that there is a way to feel better and to feel better you have to find the recipe that works for you.
I am a dual licensed therapist which means I have the experience and knowledge to work with individuals that are struggling with addiction. As a mental health therapist I also work with clients who are experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms to name a few.
We often make excuse that we are too busy to make time for ourselves or how could we possibly add one more thing to our to do list when we are having a hard time keeping up. It is important to remember we cannot pour from an empty cup. In order to perform at 100% we have to feel as if we are at 100%. As your therapist I will help you find a balance to life.
