I began my counseling journey with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Phoenix Seminary. From there, I gained valuable experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds at a domestic violence shelter for over four years.
To deepen my professional growth, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Supervision and Education at NOBTS. With specialized training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR, I’m equipped to support those navigating the effects of trauma. Faith and Jesus have been my foundation through difficult times, and I’m open to integrating faith upon request.
As a mother of three, I have a deep passion for supporting mothers through the beautiful and challenging journey of motherhood, from pregnancy and beyond. With certification as a perinatal mental health therapist and experience as a lactation consultant intern, I am dedicated to helping mothers navigate this important phase with confidence and care.
