Sometimes getting started and making an initial therapy appointment can be the hardest part. I know it takes courage and vulnerability to begin the healing journey. Therefore, I strive to create a strong therapeutic foundation as we begin working together to help you ease into the therapy process. From there, we will identify and work toward your desired treatment goals. My approach is warm and supportive, yet challenging to help facilitate insight, growth, and healing.
In our work together, we will strengthen your coping abilities so you feel more equipped to deal with difficult times when they arise. I seek to examine problematic relationship patterns/themes with the goal of increasing self-awareness, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and improving communication skills.
