We all go through struggles and challenges in our lives and sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us during the journey. I enjoy working with individuals to elicit the change necessary to heal, grow, and live more fulfilled lives. I would be honored to walk alongside and be that person for you.
I have over 15 years experience treating a multitude of diagnoses and specialize in treating anxiety, life stressors, relationship issues, and trauma. I use an eclectic approach with various treatment modalities including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution based therapy, and Gottman concepts.
I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective upon request. I am currently seeing adults and have daytime telehealth appointments available.
