I provide individual psychotherapy and dedicated 7 years of counseling to serving adults dealing with addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders in NYC. I also utilize a cognitive behavioral and person centered approach to understand the root of frustration, anger, anxiety, sadness and grief. I offer only telehealth counseling services.
