With my experience and several years of learning a variety of approaches, I have observed that one the most common problem that keeps people stuck is rooted in one fundamental thing called " fear". I create an individualized treatment plan to each one of my clients to promote healing and growth. I will help you to foster your authentic self, and to create new positive behaviors that are congruent to your values and goals. I provide therapy to adults and children. I am well experienced treating anxiety, trauma, interpersonal problems, depression, ADD, ADHD, Phobia, and compulsive disorders.
My goal is to help you make the changes you want to make and leave therapy with the tools you need to create a meaningful life path for yourself. I know how hard it is to initiate therapy and find the right match. I like to create a safe place where clients can feel free to evaluate if we are a good match in our first sessions and decide from there.
