Since therapy is a unique, interactive process, my style is client-centered and relational. I use therapeutic approaches that are informed by current research in neuroscience and trauma such as Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry as well as offer an insight-oriented perspective and psychoeducational information and resources.
