My passion is to help people of color embrace their identity, break generational barriers, and live healthier lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in community mental health, hospital healthcare, and crisis work. I practice using a holistic lens, goal oriented mindset, social justice framework, transparency, feminist lens, spirituality (for those interested), multicultural, solution focused, CBT, Gottman method, harm reduction, and values work.
We all need a little help sometimes (me included)! I know how challenging it can be to reach out to a therapist. I like to provide a non-judgmental and peaceful space so that my clients can feel safe, empowered and motivated to grow.
