I practice using various evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychosomatic, and Humanistic approach. I am currently a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate with an expected completion date end of the year 2024.
