I have 14 years’ experience in the mental health industry specializing in Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Sports Psychology, and Executive Coaching. I work with individuals and couples in enhancing interpersonal relationships, life-transitions, personal growth, depression, anxiety, and performance enhancement (in life, work, and sports).
