I am originally from Southern California, and I love my life in Southern Colorado. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, School Counseling Option. I have worked in education as a Classroom Teacher and a School Counselor for over 20 years at the middle school and high school levels. I also have my LPC and have worked as a Clinician in a private setting for over one year.
I am a compassionate, empathetic, solution-oriented mental health counselor dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. I have been a middle school and high school counselor for over 20 years, and have extensive experience working with preteens and teenagers.
I have three daughters, 18-year-old twins in college, and a fifteen-year-old daughter in 10th grade. They are amazing young ladies who bless my life with their talents in academics, music, dance, athletics, and of course, the daily trials, challenges, triumphs, and joys!
